Priya Mistry

 

We first met Priya when she joined the ‘Beyond The Box family’ to work on the contract we had secured with Hoover. A gentle, caring and wonderful young woman who always left a piece of her smile behind her. Those of us who worked with Priya soon learnt of her beautiful nature, her loyalty and her kindness. 

Priya was married to Rish for over 7 years and their dreams of having a family were beginning to turn into a reality.

She was 8 months pregnant on 13 December 2010 when she suffered a brain hemorrhage. Because of this their little baby boy Jayden was brought into the world to soon but he wasn’t strong enough to make it. Not wanting to leave on his own, he took Priya, his mummy with him. 

As a focus for Rish, his family, his friends and work colleagues  a decision was made to raise funds in memory of Priya and Jayden. The monies raised will be used to purchase  a ‘Sipap Flow Driver’ for Lister Hospital Stevenage where  Priya and Jayden both lost their individual battles for life.
